Shipping policy

Find answers to the shipping process of your order, as well as what to do if USPS has not delivered your order in a timely matter.

When will my order ship?
My most current production time is always listed in the top banner or home page of site. I keep it updated throughout the year, adjusting it as needed due to peek times of the year, but I work hard to get you your order as quickly as possible.

What if I need my order sooner?
If you need your order sooner please select faster production & shipping time from the shipping options listed during checkout process. Production time does not start till payment has cleared & all info is received for any customized pieces.

Will I be able to track my order?
All orders come with tracking, which will be sent to you once it is ready to ship. You will receive this via email or other options you may have selected during checkout.

What if I am sending item(s) as a gift, can I order multiple gifts in one order?
If you are wanting items to be sent directly to recipient you will need to do each order separately for them to be shipped directly to that person. This is to assure that the order is shipped to correct individual.

What if I realize I provided incorrect address?
I only ship to address provided with order. If using PayPal I cannot alter address, no exceptions. If you need to alter the address you will need to contact USPS to have a redirect in your mail. If you get to me soon enough (1-2 hours) I can have you reorder the item(s) with correct address and once that is done I can cancel other order. You will have 48 hours to do so otherwise I will have to send to original shipping address provided with original order.

Note: If I have shipped order already and it is sent back to me you will be responsible for costs to have item reshipped. I will hold order for 90 days.

What is the shipping time frame?
United States•Canada
COVID HAS CAUSED DELAYS. ALSO, HOLIDAY SEASON (November - December) CAUSES DELAYS AS WELL (USPS often extends estimated shipping times during this time of year)
•1st Class: United States 3-5 business days • Canada 2-4 weeks (sometimes sooner since I am close to the border)
•Priority: United States 2-3 business days • Canada 6-10 business days
•Priority Express: United States 1-2 business days • Canada 3-5 business days

What if package is still not delivered by estimated time?
•If it has been longer than the estimated delivery time please contact me. However, I ask that you wait at least the following amount of time before contacting me as usually USPS will get it to you before then, but sometimes it can take longer if they have a mishap or delay due to weather etc.
If your item was sent regular (1st class) mail then please wait at least 7 business days.
•If your item was sent priority mail please wait at least 7 business days.
•If your item was sent priority express mail please wait at least 3 business days.

What if my item was damaged in shipping?
Sadly glass items can become damaged during shipment. If this happens send me an email within 2 business days of delivery.
You will need to provide the following information so a claim can be filed:
•order number
•pictures of packaging
•pictures of item(s) that are damaged

Please make sure the pictures are clear and large enough to see the damage. The pictures are required for claims process, no exceptions. If I do not have this I am unable to file claim.
