Customizations
When customizing any item that is customizable please make sure you provide the proper spelling, capitalize and punctuation etc. Input it the way you want it to appear. I go off what you provide me. Please, double check all information before submitting order, as once items are stamped it cannot be altered.

Cancelations
I currently do not accept cancelation on orders due to short production time. Once order is submitted and payment is confirmed I add it to the line up of orders. Some pieces go out the same day, depending on the time it is ordered.

Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Custom, Personalized, and Bulk Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of them being made to your request.
