Returns or Exchanges

Permanent and faux permanent jewelry is final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted, no exceptions.

Characteristics

Permanent and faux permanent jewelry is not indestructible and must be treated with care. I guarantee the weld, but not the chain or jewelry itself against scratching, pulling, tarnishing or normal wear and tear. Note metals are susceptible to tarnish it is a natural occurrence. Exposing metals to chemicals, chlorine, skin ph, sweat etc can affect the metal.

Breakage

Breakage can happen if it does contact me and I will see if I can fix it. You must have chain. You get one free attachment (if you need to remove for any reason or it breaks for any reason) one year from purchase. If needing it done more than once it will be 5.00 to cover cost of ring and weld if needed.

If chain cannot be fixed or you lose chain and it is within 60 days of purchase you can purchase one new piece for 50% off (must be of equal or lesser value to original purchase price). You get one at the discounted price.

Health and Safety

If you have a pacemaker, any medical condition that would make it unsafe, sensitivity or allergy to any metals used you should not get permanent or faux permanent jewelry done.
