Permanent Jewelry Policies
Returns or Exchanges
Permanent jewelry is final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted, no exceptions.
Weld and Un-welded
Breakage or pulling can happen. If it does contact me and we will schedule a time for you to come to my place or my next event so I can put back on by adding another ring or doing a re-weld.
*You must have chain. Please note while it is called permanent jewelry this does not mean it cannot break. All chain, for safety reasons, should have a breaking point so that if yanked on or caught on something it will open the ring (this is for stainless steel) or potentially break chain (this is with sterling silver and gold-filled chain).
*I do not weld stainless steel due to it being a stronger metal and the ring can hold up with normal wear and would not have a breaking point if welded due to strong nature of the metal.
Removal
If you need to remove chain for any reason you can do so by cutting ring (welded chain) or opening ring (un-welded chain). You can have someone help you or you may contact me as well and I can have you come to my place or meet up in New Richmond to have it removed.
Note you can keep the chain and have it put back on at any time. Just contact me and we can do so at my place or meet up in New Richmond or at my next event.
*welded must be done at my place or at next event.Health and Safety
If you have a pacemaker, any medical condition that would make it unsafe, sensitivity or allergy to any metals used you should not get permanent jewelry.
Getting permanent jewelry is done so at your own risk and you assume all responsibility and liability when getting one from Christina (Soul Cyster Creations)
Characteristics
Permanent is not indestructible and must be treated with care. I guarantee the weld, but not the chain or jewelry itself against scratching, pulling, tarnishing, loss or normal wear and tear.
Note: some metals are susceptible to tarnish, it is a natural occurrence. Exposing metals to chemicals, chlorine, skin ph, sweat etc can affect the metal. You can use a polishing cloth to polish piece. Pro Polish Pads are my favorite to use if ever needed.
Oopsie or Just Cause
If you needed to remove chain for whatever reason or just wanted to do so or you caught jewelry on something and loosened ring or broke welded ring please reach out to me and I will gladly put chain back on. I do not charge to do this. Just keep the chain and bring with you.
Unwelded can be done locally by meeting up or at my place via appointment. Welded can only be done at my place or at an event I am at.Policies are subject to change at any time.
