I want you to be 100% satisfied with your creations! If for whatever reason you're unhappy, please contact me (just send reply via order receipt you received via email) within 7 days of postmarked delivery of your order. I will gladly arrange a return or an exchange for non-bulk, non-personalized, or non-custom orders.

If there is an issue with your personalized or custom order please contact me immediately. Mistakes can happen, but I try to make the process a bit easier to get through. Please see my FAQ page for further details.

Return & Exchange Guidelines
Items must be returned in new unused condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Package must be post marked within the 14 days of delivery date of order (shown on tracking of USPS).
I highly recommend customers to use a trackable & insured shipping service and obtain receipt proof that you mailed package. This is to protect your order. If you choose not to use those services know it is at your own risk if the package is lost or damaged by the company you use to ship.

All orders are photographed and/or video taped, this way if you need to file a claim with your carrier due to damage you can do so to reclaim your losses. Something extra I do to make your experience the best possible.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are submitted via original form of payment, no exceptions.
Shipping fees, faster production time fees (if applicable), discounts, etc. are non-refundable, as they cover services that were provided and were not for cost of product(s).
(if you received free shipping 5.00 will be subtracted from your refund amount) 
If exchanging an item you will receive in store credit code to use so you can order other item. Must do the exchange within 15 days of it being issued.
