Can I custom order something?
I gladly take custom requests. Just email me with as much details as possible for what you are looking for, so we can work together to create a custom piece just for you or for the person you are giving it to.
Please note the minimum I charge for a custom order is 10.00

I saw something on your social media, but cannot find it in your store. Can I still order it?
Please message me with a screen shot of the item you are inquiring about. This way I will be able to tell you. It may of been a custom order I created for someone and I could possibly create it still or it may be something that was limited quantity. Either way I will let you know if I can or if we could do something similar to it.
What are the different metals you use?
I use the following metals: nugold (a warm golden tone it is brass mixed with some copper), brass (a yellow gold tone metal), copper (a brown red tone like a penny), aluminum (silver), alloy (silver), pewter (silver), sterling silver, and stainless steel (silver gray).

Why does the coloring look different online than what I got in the mail?
Each device (i.e. phone, tablet, computer etc.) will show coloring differently. Also, colors will vary depending on your personal settings for those devices. So there may be some difference in coloring. I do try to explain in description, but if you ever have questions before ordering, please do not hesitate to ask.

Are pieces okay for children to wear?
Items from my store are not intended for children. As they contain small pieces.
While some choose to purchase pieces as keepsakes or to save for when they are old enough, please make sure they are put in a safe place. Never leave them where children have access to them or leave them around children unattended. Do not allow children to play with or put pieces in mouth.

What if I made a mistake with the personalization of my order?

This has happened from time to time. Here is what to do: If you realize you made a mistake with a personalized or custom order you placed please contact me. If you realize it right away please email me immediately and I will respond to let you know if I have already made the piece or not. As you may catch me before I have made it so that it will not cost you anything. But know my turnaround time is fast and may have already been started. 

However, if you realized the mistake when you receive the order please contact me before just ordering again. As I may be able to fix the mistake without you having to spend full price. I always try to find a way to help a customer out mistakes happen and I try to make the process a bit less stressful for you.

What is production time?
Production time is the time it takes me to create your order. It does not include shipping time. Production time changes throughout year due to holidays. I will have my current production time listed on my home page or top banner of website. I always try to get orders out as quick as possible, but keep in mind each item in my shop is made to order and custom made just for you. Each letter you see is impressed not metal by me, one at a time, and I hand wrap each bead and attach each charm etc. However, the beauty of the process is that you will be getting a handmade item for yourself or for whomever you are purchasing it for. Making it all the more special and meaningful.

*shipping time frames are provided by USPS and are estimates and not guaranteed. The only shipping service that comes with a guarantee is Priority Express and only when shipped within the US. Please go to usps.com for full details on their guarantee and shipping estimates.

Can you rush my order for an additional fee?
Due to high demand during peek times I do offer a rush fee option, per high requests from customers. You can, also upgrade your shipping option.  These options are available under shipping options. You can pick to have just a rush production time fee or you can do both rush production time fee and upgrade shipping to faster shipping option.
If these options are not selected during checkout please note that I cannot rush it otherwise. To remain fair to all customers I do orders in the order they are received.
