Return Time

You have 14 days from date of delivery confirmation (the date provided by USPS) to return any eligible item(s).
Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. Must be sent back in the original packaging (on the card in cello bag and packaged back in box.
Please contact me if you are wanting to proceed with a return. Make sure to provide me with your order number. I will then send you the information so you can ship item(s) back to me.
You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs paid with original order are non-refundable.
Package must be post marked within the 14 days
You are required to use a trackable shipping service and must purchase insurance.
This is to protect your item(s) with USPS. If item is returned to me damaged or missing etc. you will need to file a claim with USPS.
All returned items will be photographed and video taped, this way if you need to file a claim with USPS you can do so to reclaim your losses.

Items Eligible For Returns

Items not fitting any of the descriptions below are eligible for returns
Items not eligible for returns:
-custom creations (that we discuss and requires me to create a custom listing, invoice etc.)
-bulk orders and wholesale orders are not eligible for return
-personalized items are not eligible for return
-Customizable items are not eligible for return (any item that was able to be customized with a word(s) of your choice, whether typed in or selected from menu options)
-any item not returned in original condition will not be eligible for return.

*custom orders, customizable items, personalized items are considered a final sale item.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your return item(s).

I will provide you with the total amount being refunded to you and then submit the refund via original form of payment.
The refund amount will be less any shipping fees, faster production time fees (if applicable), discounts, etc.
If you paid for shipping, faster production time or shipping upgrades they are not refundable as those fees cover a service that was provided.
