Returns

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your creation! If for whatever reason you're unhappy, please email me via receipt sent to you or send to christina @ soulcystercreations (dot) com explaining the issue and we can see if it can be resolved or I will provide address for making return.  Make sure to provide name, order number, email used with order. You must contact me within 7 days of confirmed delivery of your order.


Returns are not accepted for permanent jewelry, bulk orders, or personalized/custom orders.
 

If there is an issue with your personalized or custom order please contact me immediately, so we can see what can be done.

Return Guidelines 
Items must be returned in new unused condition and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for paying for return shipping costs.
Package must be post marked within the 14 days of confirmed delivery of order.
NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If you choose to return after cutoff I will put return to sender on package and drop at post office. I highly recommend customers to use a trackable & insured shipping service and obtain receipt proof that you mailed package. This is to protect your order. If you choose not to use those services know it is at your own risk if the package is lost or damaged by the company you use to ship.

All packages are photographed and/or video taped, this way if you need to file a claim with your carrier due to damage you can do so to reclaim your losses. Something extra I do to make your experience the best possible.

Refunds

Refunds are submitted via original form of payment, no exceptions. Or you can receive store credit.
Shipping fees, faster production time fees (if applicable), discounts, etc. are non-refundable.
(if you received free shipping 3.50 will be subtracted from your refund amount)
