When will my order ship?

My most current production time is listed in cart area. This way it is kept up to date, as it changes throughout the year due to holidays, which bring in an influx of orders. Some items take longer and will be noted in listing info, this is due to the nature of the piece needing more time to be finished. Production time does not start till payment has cleared and all info is received, so please make sure I have all info needed to complete order. If I need to get further information from you I will contact you and doing this will cause production time to not start till information is given or confirmed by you, I will confirm I received.

What if I need my order sooner?

If you need your order sooner please select faster production & shipping time from the shipping options listed during checkout process. Production time does not start till payment has cleared & all info is received for any customized pieces. If an item is marked needing longer production time please contact me for custom quote and to see if I can accommodate in any way to make it faster.

Will I be able to track my order?

All orders come with tracking, which will be sent to you once it is ready to ship. You will receive this via email or other options you may select.

What if I am sending item(s) as a gift, can I order multiple gifts in one order?

If you are wanting items to be sent directly to recipient you will need to do each order separately for them to be shipped directly to that person.

What if I provide incorrect address?

I only ship to address provided with order. If using PayPal I cannot alter address, no exceptions. If you need to alter the address you will need to contact USPS to have a redirect in your mail. If you get to me soon enough (1-2 hours) I can have you reorder the item(s) with correct address and once that is done I can cancel other order. If item is sent back to me you will be responsible for costs to have item reshipped.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping for domestic orders:
  • 3-5 days for 1st class (regular shipping)
  • 2-3 days for priority
  • 1-2 days for priority express
Shipping for international orders takes 2-6 weeks, however, usually fairly quickly due to being closer to Canada.

Note: shipping times are just estimates as USPS does not guarantee shipping times, except for priority express.

What if package is still not delivered by estimated time?

If it has been longer than the estimated delivery time please contact me. However, I ask that you wait at least the following amount of time before contacting me as usually USPS will get it to you before then, but sometimes it can take longer if they have a mishap or delay due to weather etc.

  • If your item was sent regular (1st class) mail then please wait at least 7 business days.
  • If your item was sent priority mail please wait at least 7 business days.
  • If your item was sent priority express mail please wait at least 3 business days.
What if my item was damaged in shipping?

Sadly glass items can get broken during shipment. If this happens send me an email within 2 business days of delivery.
You will need to provide the following information so a claim can be filed:
-order number
-pictures of packaging
-pictures of item(s) that are damaged

Please make sure the pictures are clear and larger so they can be seen. The pictures are required for claims process, no exceptions. If I do not have this I am unable to file claim.
